Reproduction of any part of this website or its content for purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited.


This website contains hyperlinks to other websites. The Organising Committee does not supervise those websites and is therefore not able to control or monitor the content of those websites. The Organising Committee is not liable for any damage that may result from the consultation and/or use of the linked websites.

Privacy policy

The Organising Committee respects the privacy of users who visit our Web site This privacy statement reflects the current information practices of the Organising Committee.

The Organising Committee does not collect personally identifiable information about any user or survey respondent unless the person voluntarily provides such information, in which case it might be used for promotion or notification purposes, or user’s feedback on some aspect the Committee’s work. At the user’s request, the Organising Committee will remove his/her contact information from all the files.

The Organising Committee does not make any contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to the third parties unless it is legally required to do so. The only exceptions shall be Official Partners of the Men’s Handball World Championship, whereby the user has checked the opt-in box for a specific partner during the registration process. In all cases, users shall have the ability to unsubscribe from any partner newsletter in the future. Further to this, the 24th Men’s Handball World Championship Organising Committee may furnish the 25th Mens’ Handball World Championship Organising Committee and the International Handball Federation with its entire subscriber list, on the condition that users are able to unsubscribe from the 25th Men’s Handball World Championship and International Handball Federation email list at any time upon receiving its first email from the new organisation. 

Use of “cookies” on the Organising Committee Website

Ecommerce policy

The Organising Committee is committed to preserving users’ privacy. The information provided by a user (name, address, telephone number, credit card number, etc.) is used to process his/her order and maintain our transaction records. The information will not be used for any commercial or philanthropic purpose not directly connected with or supported by the Organising Committee without a user’s consent.

The software used for processing credit card payments employs secure encryption technology (SSL) to reduce the possibility of theft, manipulation, and other alteration of any information that a user provides to the Organising Committee.

Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page. Any information collected prior to the changes will not be subject to the new policy without a user’s consent. The information will remain subject to the policy at the time it was provided to the Organising Committee. Once the change in policy is posted, any new information that a user provides and/or information associated with new orders will be subject to the new policy.
